大會背景
Backgroundof the Summit
傳感器技術及其系統產業是國民經濟的基礎性、戰略性產業，是信息化和工業化深度融合的源頭，對促進工業轉型升級、發展戰略性新興產業、推進現代國防建設、保障和提高人民生活水平發揮著重要作用。
The sensor technology and its system industry is the fundamentalityand strategic industry of national economy, and is the source of deepintegration of informatization and industrialization, playing an important rolein promoting of the transformation and upgrading of the industry, thedevelopment of strategic emerging industries, promoting of modern nationaldefense construction and guaranteeing and increasing of the people’s livingstandard.
國務院2016年發布的《“十三五”國家戰略性新興產業發展規劃》，把傳感器產業作為“推動智能制造關鍵技術裝備邁上新臺階”、“超前布局戰略性產業，培育未來發展新優勢”等工作的重要內容；工信部2017年印發《智能傳感器產業三年行動指南（2017-2019）》指出，智能傳感器市場應用正呈現爆發式增長態勢，已成為決定未來信息技術產業發展的核心與基礎之一，已成為發達國家和跨國企業布局的戰略高地。
In the “13th Five-year Plan” Development Planning for the NationalStrategic Emerging Industries issued by the State Council in 2016, the sensorindustry was deemed as the important content of “promoting key technology andequipment of intelligent manufacturing to new level” and “make layout forstrategic industries in advance and cultivating new advantages for futuredevelopment” etc In the Three-year Action Guidance for the Intelligent SensorIndustry (2017-2019) printed and issued by the Ministry of Industry andInformation Technology of the People’s Republic of China in 2017, it waspointed out that the application of intelligent sensor market presents anexplosive increasing trend, which has become the core and one of thefoundations that determines the development of the future informationtechnology industry, and has become a strategic highland of the layout betweendeveloped countries and transnational enterprises.
中國儀器儀表學會是我國儀器儀表與測量控制領域的最高學術組織，是推進儀器儀表、智能制造的主要學術力量，是發展物聯網、智慧城市等新興科技的重要學術力量。基于傳感器科技和產業重要的戰略意義以及我國傳感器產業發展的迫切需要，中國儀器儀表學會提出舉辦“2018首屆世界傳感器大會（英文名稱：World Sensors Summit，英文簡稱：WSS）”的工作計劃，并納入到“智能傳感器創新聯盟”2018年活動計劃之中。
China Instrument and Control Society is the most leading academicorganization of instrument and measurement control fields in China, which ismain academic power that promotes instruments and apparatus and intelligentmanufacturing, and also important academic power that develops the internet ofthings, smart cities and other emerging technologies. Based on importantstrategic meaning of the sensor technology and industries and clamant demandson the development of sensor industry in China, China Instrument and ControlSociety proposes the plan for holding the First World Sensors Summit in 2018(for short: WSS), and bring it into the plan of activities in 2018 of the“Intelligent Sensor Innovation Alliance”.
大會計劃提出后，得到了河南省人民政府以及鄭州市人民政府的積極響應，并為首屆大會落地鄭州提供了諸多有利條件。
After being proposed, the plan of the Summithas been responded to actively by Henan Provincial Government and ZhengzhouMunicipal Government, which provide lots of beneficial conditions for holdingthe first Summit in Zhengzhou.
大會內容
Contents of the Summit
大會議題涉及廣泛，包括敏感元件與傳感器，MEMS技術，傳感器標準發展，傳感器材料、傳感器設計，以及傳感器在機器人、醫療、汽車、航空航天、環境監測、軌道交通、船舶工程、氣象工程、農牧業、智能電網、城市能源管理等領域的應用解析。
The Summit involves a wide range of topics,including sensitive element and sensors, Mems technology, the development ofthe sensor standard, sensor material, sensor design, and application analysisof sensors in robots, medical treatment, automobile, home appliances,aeronautics and astronautics.? This alsoincludes environmental monitoring, rail traffic, ship engineering,meteorological engineering, husbandry, intelligent power grid, waterconservancy projects, intelligent transport systems and urban energy managementfields, etc.
